Valuable advise and guidance
We took on our building with four flats, we were not natural Landlords , but with the help of SE Properties we have grown into the part, we could not have managed this without the valuable advise and guidance they have supplied, we love the inspection reports they do on each property which lets us know what is going on behind closed doors, any repairs that need attention are dealt with before they get out of hand. And testament to them can be nothing better that the fact that three out of four tenants we have, have been with us for a minimum of four years, and we all know that the best tenant is a happy long term tenant
