We will have carried out extensive research in order to give you an accurate valuation of your property based upon For Sale and Sold properties.  We will also give you advice on the best marketing strategy for your property.  We do not inflate the value of your property as getting the value right at this stage will create intense interest from buyers which will ultimately achieve the best price.
