Are you a landlord looking for legal advice or for an agent to care of your property? Our experienced lettings team is on hand to advise and guide you every step of the way.

Our fully managed service is used by landlords across the Midlands including, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Birmingham.

Free legal advice

Our In house legal team will deal with any issues fast and efficiently.

Rental assessment

One of our lettings team will arrange a convenient time to meet you at your property to conduct a free, no obligation market appraisal. This includes an assessment of your property, a rental valuation and advice on the current rental legislation.


To help market your home we will arrange one of our team to produce high quality photographic particulars. Details of your home will then be listed in the office window, regularly in your local press, leading property portals Rightmove and Vebra Solex and our website, a ‘TO LET’ sign will also be erected with your permission.

Accompanied viewings

SE Properties accompanies all viewings. We know that not everyone can find time to view properties during the day which is why we offer an out-of-hours service from Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm. This convenient service allows prospective tenants to find a property when it suits them, giving you a better chance of letting your property.

Referencing process

We want all our landlords to be confident that they have the right tenants renting their property, which is why we fully reference all prospective tenants, including current, future and previous employers, and most importantly previous landlords or agents.

Tenancy agreements

SE Properties issues all tenants with a fully comprehensive Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. This agreement covers both the landlord’s and tenant’s legal obligations.


Prior to tenants moving in we carry out a detailed schedule of condition, with comprehensive photographs


You can be confident your property is being looked after, we carry out regular property inspections, a report will be sent to you with up-to-date photographs of your property.

Rent collections

SE Properties operates a strict no late rents policy. All rent is collected on a monthly basis and promptly paid to the landlord into an account of their choice. This is accompanied by a monthly statement.

Tenants vacating

One of our lettings team will arrange to meet the tenants at the property and carry out a check out. This is carried out in the final month of their tenancy in order to ensure that the property is returned to you in a good clean condition.
